The Jordan Brand-exclusive store has been renovated!
Fuinam: Speaking of Jordan, “TOKYO 23,” operated by “Atmos,” recently reopened after a renovation, didn’t it?
Okajima: Yes. “TOKYO 23” is a store dedicated to the Jordan Brand, and we renovated it to mark our 10th anniversary.
Fuinam: What are the key features of the revamped “TOKYO 23”?
Okajima: The interior features a brown color scheme and is designed in the classic tones characteristic of the Jordan brand. The space is furnished with basketball hoops, antique furniture, fixtures made from reclaimed gym materials, and benches inspired by basketball materials. There are also shoe walls and apparel racks incorporating igusa (Japanese rush), giving the space a modern Japanese feel.

Fuinam: Will you continue to promote basketball culture going forward?
Okajima: That’s an area where we at “TOKYO 23” want to really focus our efforts. I believe it’s important to continue working on this, including our involvement with events and the community. We want to be a place that not only carries Jordan products but also promotes basketball culture itself.
