Kevin:I used to live in San Diego or even Rendon Beach (beach city south of Santa Monica) , but compared to there, Malibu is still a perfect city.

Also, my wife was born and raised in Malibu, so most of our neighbors know each other and many of them are family. It's a really nice place to live, and most Malibu residents don't move to other cities very often.
