How often do you go running?
I run when I want to run. I run with only my keys, no music, no phone, and no set distance. These days, I take a walk more often. When I feel stuck or need a change of pace, I go for a random walk. I also like to take a sauna, but all of my runs, walks, and saunas are just to refresh myself. When I think of ideas for something new that I want to do, all of them are mindless and relaxing. As a result, I can come up with good ideas.

This black setup looks good for a walk.
It's perfect for walking. And in winter, you can use it because it is cold when you start running. Other uses include going to and from sports, going to a nearby convenience store, and going to and from a sauna, of course (laughs). It's snug below the knees, so it should also come in handy for bicycle riders. Of course, I think it can be worn not only as a set-up, but also on its own.
What do you pay attention to when it comes to your body?
I value cultivating vitality. I enjoy the work itself because I am dealing with what I love and communicating what I love, but if it simply gets too hard, my body can get tired and my mind can get tired. You cannot nourish that vitality unless you have a grasp of what it is for you to nourish that vitality. In other words, you have to know yourself. I think that is very important.

Sunlight-heated padding is perfect for the cold season. Side panels allow for ease of movement.
One of the things you are studying is breathing techniques.
It is very interesting to see how conscious we are of our breathing, which we usually do unconsciously, how much we inhale and exhale correctly, and how this affects our bodies. Like breathing, there is no need to do anything grandiose, but just a little upgrade in our daily lives can enrich our lives in many ways.
I see.
I also think that the ability to see and feel things cannot be demonstrated unless one has sharpened one's ability to see and feel. In other words, what is at the root of the PR. For example, I have always felt that design is an interesting thing, but the reason why a design is created is ultimately "thought.

That is something I learned in Denmark. Trash cans in that country always have can holders around them to dump cans. The reason for this is to prevent vagrants from getting their hands dirty when they stick their hands into the trash can to pick up the cans. That feeling gives birth to the design. There is always a feeling behind every product, and this is what we need to convey the most.
In that sense, PR is an important form of communication.
Communicating can be thought of as simply conveying information, but I believe that the way something is conveyed can change the way we perceive it 180 degrees. From that, people can discover new things, enjoy wearing clothes, or be pleased by eating delicious food. By providing such things, I hope it will be an opportunity for people to try new things and create some new value.
