Hiroki Ishikawa , a professional trail runner who promotes trail running through various approaches such as producing races and managing events. He is known as a pioneer in spreading the European and American trail running styles and ways of enjoying trail running in Japan. What kind of gear has Mr. Ishikawa been using to run in the mountains? What are his criteria for selecting gear that is truly dependable in a harsh natural environment?
