The pair announced last September is now available in a new guise. It is the second version of "STONE ISLAND | NEW BALANCE 574 GHOST. This new model is wrapped in monochrome suede.
As the name suggests, it is based on New Balance's classic "574. The design technique of the "Stone Island Ghost," which claims to be "the ultimate urban camouflage," was used to create an anonymous look that is appealing.

Covered in suede from the upper to the midsole, this work comes in three colors: gray (POLVERE), blue-gray (BLUE ARDESIA), and beige (CORTECCIA). The color scheme is based on the "Stone Island Ghost" Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
Looking at the details, the upper emphasizes three-dimensional lines by eliminating overlapping seam allowances. The silhouette is slightly more rounded than the regular “574”. The raised "N" logo, heel tab, and felt compass logo patch on the shoe tongue are also highlights.
I dare not go into details, but I can say that these sneakers are comfortable to wear, as only New Balance can provide. These sneakers are available in sizes from US 5.5 to 13.0, and the sizes available vary depending on the color.
This "574 GHOST" will go on sale on Wednesday, March 11.
