A specialty coffee shop in Ebisu, Tokyo, that has captured the hearts of coffee lovers.Sarutahiko Coffee". This year marks the 10th anniversary of the store's opening, and the store's first chilled coffee will go on sale sequentially on March 22 (Monday).
This is apparently the same as the coffee in the store, and it is well made.
This coffee was born out of the desire to bring the taste of authentic coffee to a variety of settings, not only in stores, but also at home and in offices.
Coffee beans procured in-house through direct trade are packaged with a taste as close to that of store-bought coffee as possible, using proprietary roasting technology and extraction methods. The fresh flavor of the chilled bottles, which are maintained in a refrigerated temperature zone after filling, is appealing.
Two types will be released: black and café latte.
Black is a deep roast of coffee beans from Guatemala, Kenya, and five other countries. It has a quality aroma of dark chocolate and dark cherries, typical of specialty coffees.
The Café Latte uses Brazilian and Ethiopian beans, roasted to bring out the best in the milk, based on our previous findings. The gentle flavors of caramel and nuts mingle with the smooth milk, creating an elegant and moderately sweet taste.
The small size of both, 235 ml, should also make them easy to pick up. They will first be sold in supermarkets in Tokyo and other southern Kanto areas, with Ozeki, Keio Store, and Tokyu Store among the first stores to carry them. We look forward to its expansion in the future!
