On the eve of the second anniversary of its opening, the menu was renewed. The method is quite innovative.
"/RE DESIGNING THE BASICS" is the concept behind the "No. COLLECTION" project, a seasonal menu development project that involves collaboration across industries, including chefs and designers. COLLECTION.
For this memorable first event, five creators including an up-and-coming French chef, a bartender, a barista & roaster, and a designer have gathered.
The food is updated with salads and risotto using vegetables purchased from organic and natural farmers. You can enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients.
And the drink menu has also been revamped. It is based on traditional classic cocktails such as martinis and Manhattans, but with a modern twist. This season's lineup includes summery cocktails reminiscent of a warm-weather drink, such as rum, tequila, and biscuits. It is sure to be enjoyed by cocktail beginners and advanced drinkers alike.
In addition to the flat white coffee that has been the store's signature, a new original blend of coffee has been developed. Instead of the trendy single-origin coffees, the new coffee blends are a return to the roots, offering a new way to drink coffee. The coffee has a good body, sweetness, and acidity, making it refreshing even in the hot season.
A concept book was also released to commemorate the launch of this project.
