To reiterate, the watch on display is a set of 11 OMEGA x Swatch "Moonshine Watches," but it is not a regular "Moonshine Watch. This is the "Mission to Moonshine Gold" version with the second hand coated in 18K Moonshine ™️ gold, and is a special version housed in an original suitcase.
The results of that auction have now been announced.
All 11 sets were sold, with total sales of 534,670 Swiss francs (approx. 9,137,000 yen).
As previously announced, all proceeds will be donated to Orbis International, a non-profit organization nicknamed the "Flying Eye Hospital.
This unique attempt to use an auction is a measure unique to OMEGA, which does more than just make and sell watches, and is also helping to expand awareness of Orbis International.
