Driving is another form of communication.

After finishing his shopping at "SML," Masaru was on his way back to his home. On the way back to his home, he said, "There is one more store I recommend. This caught his attention, so he got back into the "Kangoo" and headed for his next destination.

I like to drive," says Katsu. When you work in filming, you must have many opportunities to ride on location buses. However, he says, "Unless I am going very far away, I usually drive a Kangoo.
When I'm driving, I can become completely absorbed in my own thoughts. I listen to music or the radio, I don't think about anything, and I just concentrate on driving. It's a good way to empty my head and refresh myself.

Driving may have the effect of regulating the mind. Listening to Mr. Masaru's talk made me think of this. I was also impressed by what he continued to say.
I think driving is also a form of communication. For example, when you get stuck in traffic on the highway, you turn on the hazard to let the cars following you know. When I can drive smoothly while keeping an eye on the cars around me in this way, it makes me happy. Maybe it gives me a bit of a sense of affirmation (laughs)."

The "Kangoo" steadily approaches its destination while talking about such things. According to Mr. Masaru, "A car is a mobile room. What's in its heart?
I think a car is your own personal space. You can have a cup of coffee, listen to your favorite music or radio program, and calm yourself down without being disturbed by anyone. That kind of space can only be found in your room or in your car. Maybe that's why I like driving."
