The Kobe Port Tower will be the venue for a variety of art exhibits, AR installations, and other cutting-edge cultural activities.

The work was created by a media artist who is also known for his "toki-" series,Einori GotoThree.

When you first step onto the second floor, what jumps into view is a rotating mesh-like sculpture. When a beam of light hits it, 12 people of different ages, genders, and races emerge and start walking, expressing the intermingling of diverse cultures. It is a fantastic artwork that stimulates the viewer's senses.
