Hanon, an udon restaurant born in Brooklyn, New York, is a must-visit restaurant for those who feel this way.
After opening in February 2019, the restaurant was awarded two stars in the "New York Times" food review three months later. After the Corona Disaster, the restaurant was also awarded Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide New York in 2021.
However, in March of the following year, a fire broke out on the upper floor of the building where the store was located, and the building was closed for business. The next location they found was Shinsen.
