CAMP 2020 vol.3
Five personal gear that five camping enthusiasts always bring with them.

For July 2020, we will focus on camping, a topic that has been gaining more and more attention due to the Corona Disaster. When you look around a campsite, you may find yourself thinking, "What's that table? I didn't know they had a table like that," or "That fire pit looks really easy to use. As someone who doesn't have the communication skills to ask questions on the spot, I often end up frantically Googling the information later. So for this third installment, we decided to take a peek at the "must-have" camping gear of five camping enthusiasts! Since the items are limited to gear that they use in real life, they all seem to be easy to use and full of care. They are all very user-friendly and particular about what they use.

Five personal gears that Mr. Sasaki always brings with him.

(1)〈.snow lineCube carbon table L5

The carbon frame makes it durable and lightweight. It has an aluminum top so you can put hot food on it, and it folds up compactly. It also comes with a lantern pole and is just the right size for camping for about two people.

(ii)〈.HelinoxChair Zero

At 490 grams, it is the lightest weight of all the Helinox products, making it easy to carry. It is sensitive to fire sparks, so you need to be careful when using it near a campfire. Originally, it had a blue frame, but I painted it black to customize it.

(iii)〈(③〈)STC GmbHPicoGrill and <bushcraftBonfire pit

I like the fact that the Pico Grill (the name of the fire pit) folds up to about A4 size when compact. It is also easy to set up. When I cook, I put a Bushcraft fire pit on it.

All of my tableware is made of titanium and is lightweight. The Belmont sierra cup is deep, so I can use it for everything from soup to rice. I don't like the feeling of metal dishes and spoons rubbing against each other, so I use silicon spoons.

I don't like the white light of LEDs, so I like the fact that I can switch between warm and white colors. It also has a mobile battery function, so I can charge my phone and other devices.
